Renting, without the subscription
Made for one off plans
Not every server needs to run forever. A LAN party, a weekend with friends, a tournament night, a school holiday or a community event only needs a server for a few days. Rent one for 3 days and it is online in about a minute, with its own address and a join page to send everyone.
Short rentals cost a little more per day than long ones, because every server is built from scratch. The total is still the lowest on the site, starting at 75¢.
What happens when it ends
Nothing is charged again. When your time is up, the server pauses and keeps its world for 14 days, so a good weekend can become a good month. Add more time from your panel or switch to a subscription, and the world picks up exactly where you left it.
If you already know the group will keep playing, a subscription is cheaper in the long run, and your first one gets 50% off your first month.
Split the rental
Every length can be split with friends, rentals included. Choose Split with friends at checkout and up to 10 people each pay their own share by card from a link, plus a $1 payment fee each. You pay your part and the server starts right away.
The same server, just prepaid
A rental is not a cut down server. It has the same live console, file manager, one click backups, DDoS protection and 24/7 support as every other plan. Upload your own world, install mods or plugins where the game supports them, and change the settings from the panel.
Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. A new customer's first rental can be refunded in full within the first 10% of the time paid for, which is 7 hours on a 3 days rental and 72 hours on 30 days.

Can my friends and I split the cost?
Yes. At checkout choose "Me and my friends" and up to 10 people each pay their own share with their own card, on any plan length, from 3 days to a year. It is not a payment plan: nobody pays in parts over time, each friend simply pays their own share. You pay yours, send each friend their link, and the server starts straight away. Each share includes a $1 payment fee.
Can I build a custom plan?
Yes. Every game has a Build your own page: pick any amount of RAM up to 32 GB, any length from 3 days to 1 year, prepaid or a subscription, plus your server type and settings. A custom size costs 15% more per GB than the standard plans next to it.
