How switching works
Switch in a few clicks
Open Settings, choose Switch game and pick the new one, along with its server type and the settings you want. We back up your current world first, then reinstall the server as the new game. Your address, your dashboard, your friends' access and your billing all stay the same.
The server moves to the plan of the new game with the same memory when it costs no more, or the biggest plan that costs no more, so a switch never adds to your bill.
Your old world is kept
Each switch starts with a backup of the game you are leaving. When the group drifts back to an old favourite, restore it and pick up exactly where you left off: the same base, the same characters, the same inside jokes.

Survival, building, factory games, shooters, roleplay and co-op adventures are all here, and new ones arrive often. Every game uses the same panel, so once you know one server you know them all: buttons for start, restart, save and backup, a live console and a file manager.
A few games need a bigger plan than you have. If the next game starts above what you pay, email support and we will move it for you.
Run two at once
Want both games online at the same time? Every server is separate and lives in the same dashboard, so a second one for the other half of the group takes a minute. Split either of them with friends, so each person pays only their share.
A second server is a separate plan with its own bill, so you only pay for it while you want it. Prepay one for 3 days for a one off game night and keep the main server on the group's favourite. When the new game wins the vote, switch the main server instead and cancel the extra one.

Common questions
Can I change my server to a different game?
Yes. Open Settings, choose Switch game and pick the new one. We back up your current world first.
Does switching cost anything?
No, when the new game fits your plan. The server moves to a plan that costs no more. If the new game needs a bigger plan, email support and we will move it for you.
Do I lose my old world?
No. Every switch starts with a backup of the game you are leaving, so you can come back to it later.
Does my server address change?
No. The address, the dashboard, your friends' access and your billing stay the same.
How many games can I switch between?
Any of our 150+ live games, as often as the group likes.
Can my friends and I split the cost?
Yes. At checkout choose "Me and my friends" and up to 10 people each pay their own share with their own card, on any plan length, from 3 days to a year. It is not a payment plan: nobody pays in parts over time, each friend simply pays their own share. You pay yours, send each friend their link, and the server starts straight away. Each share includes a $1 payment fee.
Can I build a custom plan?
Yes. Every game has a Build your own page: pick any amount of RAM up to 32 GB, any length from 3 days to 1 year, prepaid or a subscription, plus your server type and settings. A custom size costs 15% more per GB than the standard plans next to it.
Can I pay once instead of a subscription?
Yes. Pick Prepaid and pay once for 3 days, 30 days, 6 months or a year. Nothing renews: when the time is up the server pauses and keeps its world for 14 days. Add time or switch to a subscription from your panel any time. Short rentals cost more per day, since every server is set up from scratch.
How fast is setup, really?
Your server starts building the moment Stripe confirms payment. Most are online in under a minute, and the address and login appear on your dashboard automatically.
